Your nervous system is the foundation of everything. When it's dysregulated, everything costs more — thought, feeling, presence, output. Frequency recalibrates it.

A dysregulated nervous system doesn't announce itself. It shows up as noise you can't quiet, reactions that surprise you, a version of yourself that feels just out of reach. Sound therapy works directly on that — through frequency applied to the body.

What actually
happens.

Sound moves through the body before the mind has a chance to form an opinion. Different frequencies and note intervals produce different physiological responses — measurable changes in the nervous system, brainwave activity, and the body's stress response. Some quieten an overactive nervous system, some lift a flat one, some open up clarity and focus, some ease physical tension. Sessions are built around what you need, using the specific combinations that produce those results.
